Maynard House is seeking an Executive Director who is energized by possibility and motivated by meaningful impact. This is an opportunity to lead a deeply mission-driven organization where relationships matter, leadership is visible, and your work directly affects families navigating difficult medical journeys.

Our next Executive Director will be a trusted ambassador for Maynard House and a key leader in shaping its future. A major opportunity will be to strengthen and expand our fundraising program. More than 70% of our operating support comes from individuals, corporations, foundations, and community partners, creating significant potential for a relationship-focused leader to grow support and build long-term financial sustainability.

We are seeking a leader who can:

• Build meaningful relationships with donors, foundations, healthcare partners, volunteers, and community members

• Develop and implement a thoughtful fundraising and development strategy

• Identify opportunities to increase contributed revenue and diversify funding

• Serve as a compelling ambassador for the Maynard House mission

• Work collaboratively with the Board to establish priorities and achieve strategic goals

• Support and inspire a small, dedicated staff and volunteer community

• Oversee the organization's day-to-day operations while keeping an eye on long-term growth and sustainability

• Bring creativity, energy, compassion, and sound nonprofit leadership to the organization
