We ask for $50 per night to help keep stays affordable for families receiving medical care. However, we understand that everyone's circumstances are different, and we're always happy to work with guests based on their ability to pay.

We have eight guest rooms, and each of those rooms have two twin sized beds.

Guests have access to a full-sized kitchen equipped with all standard appliances. We also have a Keurig coffee maker, with complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable common area are also available. Private rooms, and shared bathrooms.

No. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal drugs, and weapons are prohibited on Maynard House property.

Yes. Security cameras monitor public interior and exterior areas for guest and staff safety. All of our doors are passcode entry only, and we change the code every week.

Guests displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior may be asked to leave the property to maintain a safe environment for all guests.
