Meet Our Staff

As Executive Director, Anne supports staff, works with the Board of Directors, and strives to keep everything working together smoothly. Anne considers her role at Maynard House her "dream job" and especially enjoys making sure the house is comfortable, welcoming, and tranquil for everyone! 

As the Assistant Operations Manager, Lizzy works directly with the Executive Director.  Lizzy is passionate about helping others, baking, and spending time outdoors. She enjoys exploring and learning alongside her children, creating meaningful experiences and fostering a love for discovery in their everyday life.

As the part-time evening assistant manager, Cathy looks forward to greeting guests and helping them settle in for their stays. Cathy also welcomes evening volunteers and supports their efforts. When she is not at Maynard House, Cathy enjoys being outdoors running, hiking, and birding with her sons. She also likes to spend time exploring the small towns and beautiful places of Vermont.

Michael is not only our Friday evening front desk manager, but he also volunteers with repairs and upkeep for Maynard House. His volunteer work helps keep Maynard House running smoothly and looking beautiful. In September, 2024, Michael was awarded the statewide Volunteer Service Award in the Senior Category by VolunteerNH!

Monica is one of our Resident Managers. Every other week, Monica is on-call for nighttime emergencies and oversees the house over the weekend.  Monica is a Pharmacy Technician with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and a wonderful asset to Maynard House.

Wes is our other Resident Manager who also works full time. Every other week, Wes is on-call for nighttime emergencies and oversees the house over the weekend. He has a background in supporting addiction recovery, is a cross fit trainer, and is currently training to become a licensed electrician.
