Meet Our Staff

Sharon brings nearly 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience—and a genuine love of community—to Maynard House. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations grow, strengthen their programs, and connect people with the resources they need to make a difference.

Sharon already has a special connection to Maynard House, having volunteered at Maynard House in the past.

Sharon lives with her husband, Joe, and their rescue dog, Suri. She enjoys time with family, watercolor painting, and traveling.

As Administrative Coordinator, Leah helps keep Maynard House running smoothly and enjoys welcoming guests and helping create a peaceful, comfortable experience for patients and their families. With a background in education and community programming, Leah values meeting people where they are and creating a supportive environment for others. Outside of Maynard House, Leah enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and making homemade foods.

As the part-time evening assistant manager, Cathy looks forward to greeting guests and helping them settle in for their stays. Cathy also welcomes evening volunteers and supports their efforts. When she is not at Maynard House, Cathy enjoys being outdoors running, hiking, and birding with her sons. She also likes to spend time exploring the small towns and beautiful places of Vermont.

Monica is one of our Resident Managers. Every other week, Monica is on-call for nighttime emergencies and oversees the house over the weekend.  Monica is a wonderful asset to Maynard House.

Wes is our other Resident Manager who also works full time. Every other week, Wes is on-call for nighttime emergencies and oversees the house over the weekend. He has a background in supporting addiction recovery, is a cross fit trainer, and is currently training to become a licensed electrician.
